CoPA is pleased to offer an additional portfolio review session to members. Each 60-minute session will allow participants to meet with three different reviewers in 20-minute sessions, offering a unique opportunity to review your working portfolio, collection, or body of work and receive insightful feedback, critique, perspective, and advice on direction. Each 60-minute session will allow three participants per session at 9:30A, 10:45A and 1:30P, for a total of nine available appointments.
These reviewers are accomplished curators, educators, and judges, and are excited to connect with CoPA artists in these one-on-one sessions.

What to Expect
You may present them digitally (on a laptop or tablet) or printed. If there is a specific series or body of work you’ve been putting together, that’s great! This is the perfect opportunity to get some insight and direction.
A portfolio of ten related images is best.
- Bring up to 10 images as a core body of your work.
- If you have two bodies of work you want reviewed:
- Bring two sets of five photos (five from each body of work) for a total of ten photographs.
You will sit with a reviewer for 20 minutes, switch to the next reviewer, and then with the third to finish the hour. Start each review by letting them know what you hope to achieve with this review, such as a professional critique of your photographs, guidance on creating a body of work, or a suggestion for your next step. Whereas time is short with each reviewer, and 20 minutes is going to fly by, make your goal known right away and then listen to their valuable insight. You can also provide this information ahead of time via the form. You may want to bring a notebook and pen to take notes.
