Seth Robbins
Seth Robbins will discuss his book, A Trustworthy Home, featuring black & white photography with text, that is an exploration of Jewish weddings, but wouldn’t be called ‘wedding photography.’ The book is a cultural tour, a study on individuals and experience, and interested in what an immersive wedding brings out of people. Seth will also share his experience of making a photo book
Seth Robbins is an award winning, emerging artist from Milwaukee, WI. His first published book was released in January, 2025. His work has hung in local bars, coffee shops, museums, and shows. Much of his work focuses on exploring cultural themes and dynamics in his community, with a focus on individuals. He’s also fascinated with the city, Milwaukee’s community of Urban Fishermen, and their secret fishing holes.

Schmooze and Photo Reviews
Beginning at 5:30, and going until the meeting starts, at 6:30, we will be holding photo reviews in small groups. Anybody who wishes to participate may bring three to five photos to share and discuss. Tablets or laptops are best, but prints work too. Join when you arrive, the earlier the better, and enjoy some food and drink at the same time!
