Join us for a day of fun, frolic, comradery and photography with our friends at PhotoMidwest.

CoPA will be firing up the grill in Picnic Area 1 and Chef Carl Hartt will be cooking us BBQ chicken sandwiches and hamburgers. CoPA will also provide a variety of light beverages.  In true picnic fashion, please bring a side dish to share (e.g. salad, fruit, dessert), and your preferred adult beverage or soft drink. There are plenty of picnic tables and shade in the oak groves at the domes, but no picnic shelter –  if you have a pop-up picnic canopy, please bring that too!

After the picnic some PhotoMidwest members welcome CoPA partners to walk around the metro area for photo opportunities.  Bring your camera and let’s show off our city!  There are lots of possibilities – The Domes, Hank Aaron State trail is right there by the Domes, the Zoo, Menomonee Valley, harbor, Air & Water Show, downtown, the Riverwalk, City Hall, East Side, Third Ward, Walkers Point, Harley Museum, etc.

To reach Picnic Area #1 at the Domes just follow what looks like a service road around the north side of the Domes into the parking lot and meet us in the grove.
