While I have been an advertising and studio photographer for over thirty years, my creative outlet has been with liquid art photography. I decided to explore it as much out of my experience as a professional, but as my desire to create good art. I personally really liked the visual phenomenon, but it required a great amount of work and experimentation to make the fluid forms into a visually engaging work of art. While some may see it as kitche or novelty, I am fully engaged in making it as much fine art as possible. The inclusion in significant art and photographic competitions and gallery exhibitions has reinforced my early beliefs that it could be "art," and encourages me to continue to explore and innovate.
