    Submissions close: Sunday, June 2 @ 11P
    Submission fee: $10 for up to five entries (open to CoPA members only)
    Notifications:  Saturday, June 8, via email

Submissions are OPEN – you may purchase and then submit via the form at the bottom of the CfE page. If you have already submitted, then you’re good to go!

CoPA + Art★Bar 2024 Juried Exhibition

Depth of Perception

Our task for this mission (should we choose to accept it) is to dig deeper into our work, and look beyond the obvious to expose the nuance of a photograph – find the 996th word and make it the subject. In a photographic study of shadows, how do we highlight the spaces in between? When the reflection is the subject what’s lurking in the background? What do the tessellations of negative space in a photograph provoke in the viewer?

NOTE:  Read and follow these instructions BEFORE you submit  How to Submit to CoPA+Art*Bar Exhibition Any entries that do not meet these specifications will be deemed ineligible for jury selection and fees forfeited without notice.

AWARDS:
Don’s Grand prize – $100.00
CoPA Board prize – a one-year CoPA membership or one-year membership extension.

Final Selections must be “Gallery Ready” for exhibition and sale as follows:

  • If framed – images must be framed in clean, plain white or black frames.
  • If matted – mats must be clean white.
  • You may print professionally on other surfaces, such as aluminum, canvas, linens and woods.
  • All pieces MUST be equipped with a wired hanger on the back; no sawtooth, or unwired D-rings.

By submitting to this exhibition you agree to meet the submission criteria and accept delivery & pick-up requisites.
