CoPA Presents an Evening with Grace Natoli- Sheldon

Tuesday, July 13 via Zoom

6:15P Announcements / 6:30P AI mini workshop with Andy Holman / 7P Grace Natoli-Sheldon

Meeting is open to CoPA and MARN members and students.

Mini Workshop: Andy Holman will share AI software tools for post processing of photos.
There are an ever growing number of software products that offer new “AI” (artificial intelligence) possbilities for removing noise and increasing sharpness where such actions were very difficult and unsatisfactory int he past. This short presentation will review a few of theses products and demonstrate some of the outcomes that are possible.

Featured Speaker: Join CoPA in welcoming renown food photographer Grace Natoli-Sheldon as she walks us through what it takes to make food look so incredibly appetizing. Grace will share some of the tricks of her trade in a live studio demo as well as a beautifully curated presentation of her exquisite food photography. Get your questions ready – as always there will be a lovely Q&A with the artist.

Grace has been photographing food for over 40 years. From airport menus to cookbooks to magazine covers, her work is internationally known. Grace’s illustrative still life images appear in national trade and consumer advertising, promotional materials, packaging – even on Hallmark Greeting cards. At her home studio in Mequon, Grace shoots for nationally recognized clients including Taste of Home Magazine, In-Sink-Erator, Jim Beam/Courvoisier, to name a few. Grace’s signature #GracesKitchenArt (available on Etsy) photographic food still life images have been exhibited at the New York Museum of Fine Art, Los Angeles Institute of Art and the Milwaukee Art Museum.
