Hit us with your best photograph for July Gallery Night & Day, July 20 and 21. We have a gorgeous space on the ground floor of the Marshall Building with access from the street and the interior of the building. The Marshall Building is ground zero during Gallery Night and Day so your work is guaranteed to be seen by hundreds of people. The general rule is that people throng the place Friday evening, but they buy on Saturday. So please plan to spend time Saturday between 10A and 4P.
There is no entry fee and no jury process. Just upload your image with its framed size (width comes first in the measurement). Be sure your work looks professionally framed (and professionally matted if applicable) and wired taut across the back. No saw tooth hangars, please. You may exhibit work printed on metal or other specialty surfaces, but ALL work must be wired for hanging.
Deadline:  We need your submissions by Wednesday, July 11th!  We’re doing gallery tags and need to get info to the printer by Friday, the 13th.  If you miss the deadline, you can still hang with us, but you won’t have a shmancy gallery tag…
Drop off:
Thursday, July 19 between 9A and 2P at which time we will begin hanging. Stick around if you can, have a beer, and help with the hanging.
Pick up:
Wednesday, July 25 at 6P when we will have August in July; our August CoPA meeting will be held on July 25 at the Marshall Building gallery space. Members will have a chance to look at one another’s work, ask questions and discuss their own work…with snacks and beverages. Then grab your work off the wall! If you can’t make the meeting please make arrangements for another member to collect your work at the meeting.
Let’s rock July Gallery Night & Day. Hit us with your best shot!
