Monthly CoPA Meeting: September 10
5:30P schmooze / 6:00P member program / 7P speaker
NO Studios / main floor bar & screening room
The evening kicks off with a schmooze/cocktail get-together followed by a 45-minute member program focusing on images and issues specific to members. Following a brief break, the month’s speakers will begin at 7P. The bar will remain open until 9P so that members and guests can visit after the presentation.
We are very excited to have Adam and Kori Fuerst of Retrospekt join us for September’s meeting. Adam and Kori have built a remarkable business out of their passion for Polaroid and photographic technology “that feels good in your hands.”
“Retrospekt believes in sharing the magic of retro technology.
Over the last decade we’ve saved over 250,000 cameras, portable cassette players and video game systems from the landfill. Our team gives these devices a new life through a comprehensive refurbishment process that faithfully restores each item to perform like it did the day it was originally manufactured.
In our increasingly fast-paced world, it can be easy for digital convenience to become digital overload. Retrospekt hopes the items we offer will provide people with an opportunity to slow down, step back, and enjoy a more tactile and intentional experience.” ~ Kori Fuerst
There will be refurbished Polaroids for purchase!
Free to CoPA and NO Studios Members. $10 all others. Visit NO Studios for reservations and ticketing.
