CoPA presents an evening with Chip Duncan

May 30 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

| $7.00

Jumping Maasai by Chip Duncan

Please join CoPA in celebrating the work of filmmaker/photographer Chip Duncan at the beautiful Charles Allis Art Museum. Chip will present a 30-45 minute overview of his photographic work in the developing world including a short film featuring Burma, Sudan, India, Kenya, Peru, Ethiopia and several other nations.

Duncan’s work focuses on crisis zones and people living in marginalized communities around the world. Duncan is also the curator/editor of the featured work of Mohamed Amin – long considered one of Africa’s greatest photojournalists.

Following the sit-down presentation, Duncan will be available for a walk through of the exhibition and a Q&A related to individual images in the show.

Duncan will also have copies of his new book, a coffee table style publication entitled Inspiring Change – The Photographic Journey of Chip Duncan. The book’s official release date is May 15, 2018. Duncan’s other books will also be available.
