via Zoom Virtual Connect
Menomonee Valley Partners and the Coalition of Photographic Arts (CoPA) in Milwaukee are hosting a virtual workshop to help emerging and established artists hone their skills and start taking photographs instead of snapshots! Join our brief online class to hear from experst and ask questions.
We’ll talk about “motivated” imagery, creating images with intent that evoke a message, and share some simple principles and “pro-tips” to take with you. After the class, make your way down to Three Bridges Park in the Menomonee River Valley to put what you’ve learned to practice! Enjoy architecture, nature, water and lots of folks enjoying the park – all great subjects for your new photography tactics!
After your photo adventure, we’ll email you a link to submit your photos; CoPA & Valley Week collaborators will vote on their favorites and 2 photographers will be awarded a 1 year CoPA membership! Photos of the park will also help Menomonee Valley Partners continue to share the story of the area-once a railyard, then a vacant property, now a bustling park with trail and river access!
The presentation will take place at 2PM virtually via Zoom. Please RSVP below and we’ll email you the link!
Pre-registration has ended, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org - hopefully we can get the link to you in time!
