CoPA Member Survey Recommendations Planning Progressing

Board directors and committee chairs held an all-day retreat in February to analyze the survey responses and write proposed action plans to implement members’ recommendations and suggestions that are within CoPA’s mission.

These proposed action plans were prioritized, each with a timeline. Some of the recommendations are already being executed.

Based on priority and complexity, some plans may require up to a year or more to accomplish. Some will require more resources, time and volunteers and may take longer.

Here is a link to the proposed action plans. They are preliminary, may be revised, and not all have been discussed or approved by the Board. The proposals are grouped into these categories - Education, Communications, Membership/Leadership, Meetings & Schmoozes and Resources & Equipment.

At its April meeting, CoPA’s Board approved a monitoring system, or scorecard, to ensure that approved plans are accomplished, and that progress is made.

Periodically, CoPAcetic will report on the progress being made. If you have any questions about the planning process, please contact Tom Hubbard or Dan Patrinos, Board members or Committee chairs
